How much does the eCredable membership cost?
To join eCredable, it’s only $9.95 per month for access to all the features eCredable has to offer. Membership payments require a credit card, debit card or PayPal*. Your monthly access fee will be paid automatically each month. CLICK HERE to learn more about the benefits of eCredable.
How do I sign up for eCredable membership?
CLICK HERE to sign up and become an eCredable member today. You will only need to provide your Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Valid Email Address and Valid Payment Information in order to set up your account.
Is there an age requirement to have an account with eCredable?
The primary member and any additional users must be at least 18 years of age.
May I cancel my eCredable account at any time?
You may cancel your eCredable membership online at anytime:
- Login into your account at eCredable
- From the “My Dashboard” page click the “Manage My Account” button
- From the "My Profile" page click the “My Membership” button
- Click the "Cancel Auto-renew" button next to the Membership you wish to cancel.
- Click on the "OK" button to confirm your cancellation and your understanding of the cancellation policies
- You will also receive a final "eCredable Cancelation Confirmation” email for your records.
Is there a cancellation fee?
There are no fees associated with the cancellation of your account.
What is a “Loyalty Member?”
A Loyalty Member is an individual who has been an eCredable member for three or more months, or paid in full for a minimum three month membership.
What forms of payment does eCredable accept?
eCredable accepts MasterCard*, Visa*, American Express*, Debit Cards and PayPal*.
Are there any other fees associated with eCredable?
The only fees associated with eCredable are the monthly member fees and the Verification fees.
Are there any hidden fees or costs?
No, all of our fees are clearly displayed throughout the eCredable website.
Can I update my personal account information anytime?
Yes, you may update your account information whenever necessary.
What is my user name?
Your user name is the email address you used to sign up with eCredable.
Why can't I access my account?
When accessing your account to use our web service based products, our system will compare entries to our existing records for your account. We compare these items to help ensure the security of our customers' information. If our records don’t match the information you have entered during the login process, your sign in will not be successful.
