Why can't I access my account?

Most of the time it’s because you have not entered the exact same email address you used when you set up your eCredable account. Most people have multiple email addresses they use for different purposes. Make sure you’re using the right one and that you spelled it correctly. If you are experiencing difficulties signing in, please visit the SUPPORT page to reach our member service center.

I have forgotten my password. How can I get it?

You will need to enter in your email address when requesting your password from our "Forgot Password" page. If you correctly entered the email address we have on file, a confirmation e-mail will be sent allowing you to retrieve your password. confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address we have on file.

I am not receiving my “Forgot Password” or “Forgot User ID” confirmation email?

Check that the email address you provided to us is correct. Also, add support@ecredable.com to your address book or "Approved Email" list, so your spam blocker isn't stopping you from receiving our email.
