How much does eCredable membership cost?

eCredable Lift® membership costs $24.95 the first year, and has an annual renewal fee of $24.95. eCredable Lift® allows you to link an unlimited number of eligible online accounts (Electricity, Water, Gas, Waste, Mobile Phone, Cable TV, Satellite TV, Internet, and Landline Phone), and retrieve up to 24 months of payment made available for download by your Service Provider. Once your accounts are linked, eCredable will download your payment information each month to continue building your eCredable credit file, and subsequently reported to participating NCRAs. The importance of this feature is that information downloaded from your Service Provider’s website is considered verified and requires no further human intervention.

How do I sign up for eCredable membership?

After you’ve completed the "Join" page, we authenticate your identity based on information you provided including your Social Security Number, Date Of Birth and other information. Once your identity is verified and your payment is processed, an eCredable Account Profile will be established for you affirming your eCredable Lift® membership.

Is there an age requirement to have an account with eCredable?

Yes. You must be at least 18 years of age.

May I cancel my eCredable account at any time?

YES. You may cancel your eCredable membership online at anytime:

  1. Login into your account at eCredable
  2. From the “My Account” page click the “Settings” button
  3. From the "Settings" page click the “My Membership” button on the LEFT
  4. Fill out the "Reason for Cancellation" box and click SEND
  5. Within 24 hours, during normal business hours, your request will be processed and your account will be closed.

Is there a cancellation fee?

NO. There are no fees associated with the cancellation of your account, but per the Terms and Conditions, there is no refund provided once we submit any data to a credit bureau on your behalf.

What forms of payment does eCredable accept?

eCredable accepts MasterCard*, Visa*, American Express*, Discover* and Debit Cards. We are currently working to enable Paypal* as well.

Are there any other fees associated with eCredable?


Are there any hidden fees or costs?

NO. All of our fees are clearly displayed throughout the eCredable website.

Can I update my personal account information anytime?

YES. You may update your account information whenever you want.

What is my user name?

Your user name is the email address you used to sign up with eCredable.

Why can't I access my account?

Most of the time it’s because you have not entered the exact same email address you used when you set up your eCredable account. Most people have multiple email addresses they use for different purposes. Make sure you’re using the right one and that you spelled it correctly.
